And in the event of any service problem, our server administrators will be notified instantaneously and they will fix the issue as soon as possible.

All our backups are stored on a special machine with a RAID array of hard disk drives, so if anything happens to your web content, we’ve got your back.

And if this seems like something much too difficult for you, then our Installation & Troubleshooting solution, an integral part of our Managed Services package, is definitely the right solution for your needs. While using it, you will have the full and undivided attention of one of our senior server admins who will install and set–up any software application or fix any issue that you are having with your Virtual Private Server.

    The Managed Services solution comes bundled with the majority of our OpenVZ VPS Servers. With the KVM VPS Servers, it’s an additional feature.
